Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within a day of placing the order to let you know your order is being processed.

ORDER TRACKING:
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order.  Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections.  Than you for your patience and understanding.

SHIPPING TIMING:
Shipping options and associated costs are displayed during the order checkout process.  Once an order is processed, we immediately dispatch it, and you should receive your products within 6 to 9 business days.

EXTENDED DELAYS:
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states.  If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
